Consent of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in LCPM-12 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribute (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Secretariat’s address by July 17, 2017 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $50.00 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after July 17, 2017 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration and replacing with the new delegate’s email and information. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau for the 12th IAA Low-Cost Planetary Missions Conference and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Special room rates will be negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only.
This four-star hotel is a 5 minute drive from California Institute of Technology, a 4-minute walk from the Pasadena Museum of California Art, 9 minutes’ walk from Pasadena Civic Auditorium and 2.7 miles from Rose Bowl stadium. Classy rooms feature contemporary furnishings, work desks, coffeemakers and flat-screen TVs. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool and an exercise room. There’s a lobby bar serving snacks, plus Californian cuisine in the Spanish-style restaurant with a shaded patio. Business facilities include 29 meeting/events rooms and a business center.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A credit card is required to book your accommodation; however, it will not be charged at this time. The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after August 2017. The hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit of one night room & tax 30 days prior to the Conference. The remainder of your stay will be charged, by the hotel, to the credit card provided at check-in and is non-refundable. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to July 12, 2017. After this date, one night room and tax will be charged and is non-refundable.
